Jennifer Kennedy-Ness brings more than two decades of successful engagement as a government acquisition strategist, public policy advisor, and national security industry leader. As Founder and President of Kennedy Solutions Group, she guides organizations in procurement policy, acquisition strategy, compliance, and market positioning, while structuring high-impact partnerships that strengthen the defense industrial base. Jennifer serves in national leadership roles across several industry associations, advising on policy development, small business competitiveness, and mission-driven collaboration.

Her career includes leading government-facing operations for national emergency response, directing domestic manufacturing readiness initiatives, and supporting large-scale logistics efforts. She is widely recognized for developing high-value partnerships, including joint ventures and Mentor-Protégé alliances, that expand opportunities across the defense supply chain. Earlier work spans federal partnerships within the State and Local ecosystem and the development of court-aligned rehabilitation programs in the justice system.

Jennifer brings a values-centered, cross-sector perspective to public sector innovation, national security, and acquisition reform. She serves as a trusted subject matter expert to national industry associations and policy councils, holding leadership positions with Women in Defense (Space Coast Chapter President), AFCEA (Space Coast Community Liaison Officer), Women Impacting Public Policy (Leadership Advisory Council), and International Stability Operations Association (Small Business Committee Co-Chair).
